The Specification

Designed with outstanding attention to detail the specification of our buildings and apartments have survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of sheets containing passages.

Feature metal frame with glass screen to separate water closet and shower rooms. White porcelain wall-mounted WC with concealed cistern. Natural black granite vanity top with 2 under mounted ceramic hand basin, and double cross handle tapware. Vanity storage under vanity top, with oak veneer cupboard doors and contrasting interior colour. Mirror framed with polished stainless steel trim and oak veneered “architrave” with concealed LED lighting. Bathroom walls finished in horizontal white porcelain tiles, polished finish. Walls and vanity framed in natural black granite trims. Wall mounted heated towel rail.

Shower Rooms

Thermostatic mixer tap and detachable handset to shower rooms. Glass screen to separate shower room with white ceramic shower tray.

Heating, Cooling and Hot Water

Thermostatically controlled comfort cooling to all bedrooms and living spaces with underfloor heating throughout the apartment. Individually metered system provides heating and hot water from the development’s central plant.

Electrics

Energy efficient down lighters fitted in all rooms, where appropriate. Switch plates and sockets in accordance with IEE regulations. TV/FM and telephone points for high speed broadband internet access in living room and bedroom; communal satellite dish with connection points in living room and main bedroom. Smoke/heat detectors fitted as standard. (Residents are responsible for their own connections and related charges for cost of services).
