Internal walls constructed from metal studwork with plasterboard on each side and acoustic insulation where detailed.
Where applicable, a mixture of painted metal and glass balconies constructed with steel handrails and decking boards.
Suspended plasterboard with services access panels.
Oak floor boarding to hall, living areas and kitchen and the master bedrooms of 2 & 3 bed units with walk through wardrobes. Fitted broadloom carpet to other bedrooms. Natural black granite tile flooring to bathrooms, en-suites and shower rooms.
All internal walls painted with warm white washable emulsion. Door frames finished in oak veneer.
